A private transfer from Keflavík Airport (KEF) to Reykjavík costs from 18,900 kr per car for 1–4 passengers in an Economy car (Tesla or similar). Groups of 5–7 travel in a van (Mercedes Vito or similar); search your route to see the exact van price. It is one fixed price for the whole car, one way, day and night, so traffic or a delayed flight never changes it.
Per car. The price covers the whole vehicle for your group, up to 4 people in an Economy car or up to 7 in a van, so the more of you travel together, the less it costs each person. Transfer prices are one way; tour prices cover the whole private tour.
At checkout you choose to pay a 20% deposit online or the full price. You can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard) and, where available, Apple Pay or Google Pay through our secure payment provider. If you paid the deposit, you pay the rest to your driver on the day, by card or in cash.
Your driver meets you in the arrivals hall at Keflavík Airport, after baggage claim and customs, with a sign showing your name. If you can't see your driver, call or message us on WhatsApp at +354 777 3949; we are available 24/7.
Add your flight number when you book. Your driver checks your landing time with that flight number, and you get 45 minutes of free waiting after the actual landing time, so a delay costs you nothing extra. We don't use automatic flight tracking, so if your flight number changes, update it in Manage booking or tell us on WhatsApp.
The drive is about 48 km and usually takes 45–50 minutes to central Reykjavík, depending on traffic, weather and where in the city you are staying. We drive you door to door, so there is no change of bus and no walk from a bus terminal.
Yes. We drive 24/7, all year, for early-morning and late-night flights alike, and the price is the same day and night. Just book at least 1 hour before pick-up and add your flight number.
Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pick-up, with a full refund of everything you paid online, whether that was the 20% deposit or the full price. Cancel in Manage booking with your booking code and email, or message us on WhatsApp.
Yes. Our Golden Circle tour is a private day trip for your group only, with hotel pick-up in Reykjavík and your own driver all day at Þingvellir, Geysir and Gullfoss. It takes about 7–8 hours and costs 90,000 kr per car for 1–4 people or 113,000 kr per van for 5–7, a fixed price per vehicle, not per person.
